Registration is $10.00 (MUST BE PAID BY SUNDAY OCTOBER 17th, 2021 @ 1:00 p.m.)
Includes: Cider and a donut. Goodie bag for each child. Prizes for best costumes and vechile
Hot Chocolate and Freshly Brewed DEER CAMP® Coffee blends will be availabe for purchase in the store.
DEER CAMP® Coffee will be hosting the first annual “Trunk-or-Treat” family friendly event in the Ventimigilia parking lot on Sunday , October 17th, 2021 .
A “Trunk-or-Treat” is a Halloween tailgating event is where families distribute candy from the trunks of their vehicles to trick-or-treaters. ONLY registered families; their children and siblings are eligible to participate.
Children should come dressed in costumes. (No gory costumes and no “weapons” please.)
There will be guest judges and prizes for the following categories:
Best adult male costume
Best adult female costume
Best boy costume
Best girl costume
Best decorated vehicle/trunk
Please NO Pets are allowed to participate or be in attendence.
Be creative – decorate your vehicle! The event is limited to the first 40 vechicles to register. You MUST pre-register in order to participate.
Once Registration is made, please bring payment to DEER CAMP® Coffee store for parking assignment. Please include the family name, number of adults and children per vechicle attending.
The deadline to register is Monday, October 11th, 2021. No late registrations which includes drive in's or walkins on the night of the event is not permitted. You must register your vechicle as well be expected to pass out candy to the other families in attendence.
The south driveway of Ventimiglia parking and entry will be closed to traffic during arrival. All traffic will be entering the north entry and parking areas near RD Danceware. Vechicles will proceed to assigned parking spots designated for event. We ask you to be patient and understanding during arrival so we can start the event promptly. We will not be able to change your parking location once assigned. Please arrive at 2:30 p.m.. The parking lot will close at 2:50 p.m. Sharp. No late admissions will be permitted. The parking lot and entry areas will be closed to traffic until 5:00 p.m. Winners will be announced at 4 30 p.m.
The cost is $10.00 per Vehicle, which includes a donut and apple cider beverage for each person attending the event.
Please remember to bring extra water for your family to drink throughout the evening. No alcholic beverages are permitted in parking lot. Once we know how many children will be participating, we will post the number on this page website so that you can plan the proper amount of candy to bring to distribute. Remember you can alway bring excess candy home as part of your own Halloween day celebration.
Before or after the event you can also visit the interactive wall mural sponsored by the city off Sterling Heights.
